For optimal calendar printing results, make sure that you are printing in landscape mode and the background printing option is on.
Setting Printing Options in Internet Explorer 5+:
To set the page to print landscape:
- From the menu bar, select "File" > "Page Setup..."
- Click on the "Landscape" option in the "Orientation" section.
- Click OK.
To turn background printing on:
- From the menu bar, select "Tools" > "Internet Options..."
- Click on the "Advanced" tab at the top of the dialog box.
- Scroll down to the "Printing" section and check the box next to "Print background colors and images.
- Click OK.
